● chassis and power system
The chassis used on Concrete Pump Truck has strong loading capacity, power performance and low fuel consumption. Besides wide chassis option, the pump can selectively equip exclusive pumping power or chassis power. The exclusive pumping power system has the features of low fuel consumption, energy conservation and convenient maintenance.
● Hydraulic pumping system
Concrete Pump Truck has adopted hydraulic control system and made the operation easier and more reliable, which has greatly reduced the impact upon the boom and provided stable pumping capacity, high output pressure and better hydraulic system performance as well as economical fuel consumption.
●Whole boom system of concrete pump equipment has used high-strength fine grain alloy steel imported from Sweden with yield strength exceeding 900Mpa, which features high strength, good toughness and light weight. The distributing pipe, outrigger, fuel tank and other accessories have gone through full stress-removal treatment after welding. Each welding seam has passed 100% non-destructive testing or X-ray radial check to avoid any tiny defects. And the adoption of high quality components from German Rothe Erde and Italian Larry Olisa in slewing bearing of boom system has ensured higher strength and longer service life.
